Ip communicator one way audio

Hi,

I am experiencing audio problems with ip communicators in remote localization. This localization is only getting inbound calls, there is a vpn tunnel between it and UCCE 11.6. There are several more sites like that with ip communicators or jabbers and they are working fine. Networking rules are the same for all sites. There is nothing in blocked in logs on both sides.

10-20% of calls in troublesome site is silent for the agent. There is no consistency to that. One agent can have a normal call during silent calls of other agents.

Here are call statistics for a normal call and silent call on the same ipcommunicator.

Anyone has any ideas?

One way audio is about always caused by network issues. Check that the two endpoints in the call can communicate with each other.

Should i looks for problems on agent station <> CUCM route or agent station <> voice gateway?

You should look at the endpoints that are taking part in the call. What those are depends on the call path. If you describe the call flow you have we might be able to better help you.

For  non working you can see you are sending packets but not receiving any packets from far end. There is some  device which drop the packet in the network path.
