What does one do with the CIPC problem report that a user of Cisco IP Communicator can generate? I've browsed the log files looking for clues to a problem, but the level of detail is beyond my knowledge of the product.

you open a TAC SR and send it to the CSE
the tool was never intended for end users or network admin debugging without training on it
