We use IP communicator on a few PC's in our Company. On those PC's we also use DeepFreeze to mitigate any viruses or issues with the PC since they are at remote offices and are not on our domain. The users use a VPN to connect.
After a reboot all of the call history is gone from IP Communicator. I need to find the file in Cisco IP Communicator folder that keeps track of the call history so I can move it to a thawed space on the machine so it does not get reset by Deep Freeze on each reboot.
Does anyone have any idea which file it is?
