I am having an issue with an IP Communicator through VPN. The IP Communicator is able to be configured and the remote user hears dial tone when going off hook, but there is no audio either way when a call gets connected. I tested cleanly on a laptop when I set up the firewall to allow the communication. Please advise. Thank you

One way audio, or no audio, are most usually routing issues.
Make sure you can establish a direct connection between the two endpoints, and that nothing is blocking the RTP.
Right now, it seems you're only able to connect from the endpoints to CUCM, but not directly between the two endpoints involved in the call.
