Hi, this is silly but I'm not able to register a set of IP phones 6911 in a CUCM BE6K, I also tried to apply a manual configuration in the ip phone providing it IP, and tftp server but it was useless, I have configured another kind of ip phones on this server but this model in particular is making me suffer.

What's the CUCM release, have you configured the phones in CUCM??
What does the phone say on the screen??

the version is CUCM 9.0 and this model of ip phone have no screen.
