I have the problem too... My CUCM 11.5, I've already tried 11.0.5, 11.0.7, also downgraded to 10.3.1 without results...

I am using 7841's with CUCM 9.1.2 on 11.7.1-17 and it's working fine. What happens when you press the Call History button on the phone?

I've tried the version 11.7.1.17 without success...
TAC no help too...
this began happening after we installed the Cisco Unified CM IM and Presence 11.5, but all the others models for e.i 8841 are working.

Did this ever get resolved? We are looking to upgrade to CUCM 11.5 soon and wondered if I am to expect problems like this. We only deployed the 7841's a few months ago and the biggest confusion for users was the change to pressing the Down Arrow for Call History. I hope they haven't changed it again!
