IP Phone (7911) Blank Screen when Powered On

Hi Everyone,

I'm Serge and i have a problem with two of muy customers' phones (7911).

The phones have been hard reset with the code: 123456789*0#

After restart, they remain blank (No Cisco Logo is apprearing and nothing at all) see Pics below.

They are just blank (ROM is empty).

Please can any of you help me get these phones working? I'm using Cisco UC500 with CUCME Version=8.1.

J’ai le mémé problème avec mon ip phone 7911 LED ROUGE et l'autre VERT sans qu'il démarre je pense que c'est une panne HARD d'un composant électronique que je n'arrive pas à l'ou trouvé

j'ai le même problème et d’après le diagnostic que j'ai fait je pense que c'est un problème HARDWARE un composant électronique qui a céder mais j'arrive pas encore a localisé je cherche toujours les documentations
