Hello,
I've got complains that when users pick up with speakerphone in 7941 ip phones, users get no audio (internal and external calls)
Firmwmare: SCCP41.8-2-2SR1S
Anyone had the same issue?

8-2-2SR1 is rather outdated firmware, I would suggest updating the firmware to at lease 8.3.5.

Sorry, but i think 8-2-2SR1 is the latest for 12.4.15T series...if someone can confirm that i appreciate it...

My appologies you are correct. You'd have to upgrade your CME along with IOS, which I am not recommanding. Sorry.
