Hi Guys,
My Customer is having the following problem: Many IP Phone Model 7941 is take care only speaker (worked with speaker). In the moment We are open RMA about the IP Phones. Any havea idea if is the problem hardware or software?

Clean the hook switch, it's a know issue some phones have.

I have had the same issue in the past as well, and Paolo is correct - it's a hardware problem that results from wear/tear on the spring that pushes the on hook/off hook lever out. Basically the spring loses it's "spinginess" and the lever does not push all the way out when you pick up the handset, so the phone never detects that you lift or replace the handset.
