IP Phone 8851 - Error message failed to upload data

Hi Guys,

I am trying generate the report about issues with the IP Phone 8851, but, when to press the button send Problem description I receive the message: "Failed to upload data, but the report can be accessed form the phone directly".

Hello Wilson,
I'm guessing that you want to set up QRT.
Please check the following document, https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/admin/8_5_1/ccmfeat/fsgd-851-cm/fsqrt.pdf there is a configuration checklist for this to work properly.
