Hi Team,
I am using overlay config for 4 IP phones for one EXT# on CCME Router.
I am using c sepeartor for the same.
The 4th IP phone unable to receive calls directly by picking up the receiver,
he needs to press Answer Button to take the calls while other 3 phones can take calls directly.
Could anyone know why this is happening?
Please find the below config for reference.

Hi Manish,
The only thing I can see in the config is on the last line you have no huntstop and huntstop channel. This should only have huntstop channel on this line. I'm not sure if this is related to your issue but this is the only thing I can see in your configuration.
ephone-dn 47 dual-line
number 1045
pickup-group 1
label 1045
name Escalation Team #4
preference 3
huntstop channel
no huntstop
hold-alert 30 originator
Is there any differences between the phone firmware on these phones?
HTH, Please rate if so

Justin

Hi,
Thanks to you for quick response.
I will try to remove the mentioned command ans also i am facing issue with the phone with mac address 001F.9EAC.AFE6 , other 3 phones working normally.
Also we have other phones with the same 7940 model and they r not facing any call pickup problem.

Don't see anything unusual in the config except that no huntstop should not be
configured on the last ephone-dn (47)
Don't think that has anything to do with not being able to pick up handset and
answer a ringing call.
The 4th phone appears to be a 7942 so check if this is true for other 7942s as
well and if there is any diff. in the firmware version.
Is it infact a 7942 or a diff. type?
Also, try auto-line CLI under this phone and reset it though that is suppose to
be default.
