My management wants me to install an IP Phone for customers at our branch banking hall and make the Phone automatically dial the Helpdesk IP Phone once someone lifts the earpiece (takes the Phone off hook). How can i achieve this? Thanks for your help.

Thanks Rob. I followed the guide exactly. But when I test by lifting the earpiece the phone doesn't ring but gives busy tone. Any ideas why? We use Call manager version 5.0.4.2000-1 and the IP phone I'm using is a 7911 Model. Thanks again.
