IP Phone DX650 registration over Anyconnect VPN

Hi,


Has anyone have experienced registration of IP Phone dx650 over anyconnect vpn? Note that connection to VPN is successful. Only the registration to CUCM has issue. This phone is working when tried inside the network instead of vpn. Also, we have made softphone registration over vpn previously. So, any special configuration needed for this?

Thanks for this. But VPN connection is already established. Only problem is phone registration to CUCM.

Hi Manish,

These are both correct procedures. But in our case it is implemented. We have seen a policy issue on the Firewall. So this is not CUCM/Phone issue after all.
