what is CUCM version u are using?
Is this first/fresh installation for 3905 with existing CUCM?

Phone was working under call manager version 10.0

You are still registering 3905 to CUCM 10.0 . or is it different CUCM version.
the attached snapshot shows 9-4-1-0 not available on CUCM
