Hello experts,
Is there any way that we can have call forwarding info to be displayed on the missed call list.
For Eg: Phone A (Ext 2001) has done call forward all to Phone B (Extension 2002). Now when some one calls phone A the call is forwarded to Phone B and if phone B does not answer the call the call is listed in the missed calls. But when Phone B browse thru the missed call list they see only the calling party's number, it does not show any info that the call was actually intended for Phone A and was forwarded to Phone B.
This makes a confusion for the user to understand which call was intended for themselves and which one was a forwarded call.
Do we have any settings in CUCM that will reflect this info in the Phones missed call list.

Under the DN configuration, if you navigate to the bottom, try to enable the checkbox 'Redirecting Number'

Yes, but you don´t see all information in the missed call list. You only see this Information, when the call is active.

Understood. I don't think this is doable. You won't be able to view the Redirecting Number in the Missed Call logs
