IP Phone Status not updated in CUCM

I have my Cisco 8821 registered and obtained configuration (Directory Number, Line Name and etc). from CUCM. Everything looks good, I can receive incoming call and make outgoing calls.

But the status is not reflecting in the CUCM, status still showing "UNKNOWN". My current Cisco 7821 deskphone are looking good.

Action taken :

- Restarted RIS collector service.

CUCM version : 9.1.2-16900

Wireless IP Phone : 8821, firmware need to double check.

Would it be hitting any firmware bugs on the 8821 phone?

Make sure you upgrade to latest firmware for these models as they were extremely buggy.

Thanks Chris, this is my next action plan to upgrade the current firmware to latest April release firmware.

Can you also try restarting "Database Layer Monitor "  on all node, it is not production impacting.

I have found out the DBreplication are not sync between the node with the cluster.

Restart the node and verified the DBreplication status. It is looking good right now and I see the status being registered for all nodes.

I believed this is DBrep issue.
