Hello
Please help, just recently we configured and installed Call Manager etc at one of our remote offices.
We are using call manager express, and call manger 8.5 at the HQ.
One of my users has just reported that all internal calls route okay, however when any externals calls coming in to his extension, the caller is diverted straight to our menu system.
Note sure if am looking in the correct place, should i be looking at the unity connection?

Let us start with some more information. Is your branch ip phone is regestered to CME or CUCM ?

they are registered with my call manager CUCM.
Only seems to be this one phone: 7942.

So CME is of no use in this case.
Please share following
1) Screen shot of Phones DN configuratoin page which has problem.
2) Gateway css configuration screen shot
3) Do you have any othe DN with different partition which is not regestered.

think I have found the issue, we have translation rules setup for particular phones which divert straight to the menu system.
rule 5 for example: states 16 [5,8] but should be 16[5,6] and not 8
