IP Phones features: Dual Media Stream (for recording) and VPN client embedded in Phones

Hello,

My Customer is looking for 2 specific features for their future IPT environment:

Recording feature (with Verint): we need IP Phones to duplicate Media Stream

VPN Phones: in zone with only Internet access, we need IP Phones to have VPN client Embedded to have secure connection up to Customer environment.

Issue I have is which IP Phones support these features.

I look on various catalogs, admin guides and don't find this information (typically, only found VPN features available on 79XX, can't find this information for 78XX, 89XX, 99XX, ...).

I would look at the datasheets and search for VPN on the models you are looking at:

The 78XX does not support VPN clients but 88XX, 89XX, 99XX support VPN.
