IP phones license support

earlier the flex plan 3 ordering guide and data sheet included a figure explains every IP phone could support which license, now i cannot find it or any evidence for that issue, so i concluded that basic license could afford all IP phones, is that true, if not please share a document for it to be explained

I believe you’re seeking the following information:

The Basic license is not an option  in Flex. However, for CUCM, the licensing are still Basic, Enhanced, CUWL, and Essentials. The Basic license does not cover all phone models. The Enhanced license covers most phones, and for lower-end phones, enhance license can be substitute to  lower tier
