Hi,
We have CUCM PUB & SUB. IP phones registered in SUB shows correct time. PUB registered phones shows 1 hr lagging. I checked the NTP servers, it working fine. Any idea.?
Each same model and version is 9.1.2.10000-28

Is this happening with specific IP phone model ?
can u share output of utils ntp status from PUB and SUB?

If you browse to the phone's ip address does it show the correct time and timezone?

In addition to what Charles has said,can u try restarting ntp from PUB using command utils ntp restart?

Apart from these, just wanna ensure that phones registered to PUB and SUB are in same device pool. If it is different DPs, please check the Date/Time Group settings of both the DPs e.g. timezones.

Dear All,
Phones are registred in PUB and SUB is different DP, now we change all phones to customized Device Pool. Now it's showing same time.
