Have a CUCM version at 10x, I noticed that one day they anticipated 1 hour. But that only happened with the models 6921 and has some that continue with the correct time.
What should be done?

Can you make sure that your phones are matching the load configured in CUCM device defaults for 6921?

Reigota, as mentioned by Deepak, from this path check what is the load configured for 6921 then compare it with your active load.
I have scenarios where phones fail to down the configured load and that is reflecting on the clock. Once you perform factory reset the phones will get the new load and the clock with be fixed
