We are useing Cisco Unified CallManager 4.2 and Cisco Application Administration - 4.0(5)SR02_Build044 and ip phone 7941. Which is the reason why prolonged period offhook to 45 second. When I recive reports, offhook time seem 5 minute with reason code 32762. This period should be maximum 45 second normaly.
Why this period extended?
