IPCC 4.0 (ICD_1701) status "not found"

hi,

I config basic ACD, in IPCC 4.0 and CCM 4.1 , however ICD status is not found, ICD_1701 , but RP is registered, anybody can help me , why ?

On Ring No Answer the ICD agent goes to "Not Ready" state abd produced eror medsage like ICD status is not found. You can turn this feature off. Please see below for instructions to turn the feature off.
