have you tried the IPUpdate tool suggested in my earlier post?
If that fails try the following
1. Go to C:\Program Files\Spanlink, and copy the entire folder to a safe location. Delete
the Spanlink folder.
2. Go to Registry, and copy the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Spanlink hive to a safelocation. Delete the Spanlink hive.
3. Re-run CRS setup.

Open a cmd prompt.
Run IPUpdate from C:\Program Files\cisco\desktop_config\util, and update the IP address.
Reboot
