In my script if number of calls waiting is > than 10 the caller get transfered to voicemail to leave a message. How can I report on the number of calls that were transfered to voicemail cause the queue limit was > 10

Hi,
You can try to create a new Application in IPCC that it is responsible to transfer the call to the voicemail if limii is > 10.
In this way you can ontain statistics of all the calls handled by that application.
