Hi everyone,
I am facing the famous problem that the agent can't login and get the error " a liceinsing error has occurred", I read about the problem all the solutions say that i have to share the folder " C:\Program Files\Cisco\Desktop_Config" but I don't have this folder in CRS 4.5 Enhanced. on the other hand I have agents can login without any problem, it happens only with the new agent.
How I can resolve this problem ?

Sounds like some sort of problem with the License Manager. Did this start after a change to the system or has it always been there? Try a restart of the License Manager service when you see the issue and see if it fixes the problem.
Otherwise I would suggest opening a TAC case.
