Hi,
I am running CUCM 6.1.2 and have configured IPMA shared line, I'm having a problem that when I open the assistant console the directory is empty, I presume this should be the same as the attendant console and have a full list of the global directory. Has anyone else come across this problem?

Is your system AD integrated? Which IPMA mode are you using? Shared mode? Proxy mode?

Hi,
I'm using shared mode, I have logged onto the same PC and opened up Attendant Console and it has the full directory so it's not a setting with the pc which I suspected...
It's not AD integrated, it's a voicemail only solution with AD users created on the Unity locally for vm users..
