Hi Guys,
Previously We had a scenario with IP Deskphones and Jabbers and the service IPMA worked fine. Now In our environment we are removing the Jabber and implementing to Microsoft Teams Telephony. The Assistant not is able to transfer the calls for manager. Any have idea about the configuration is need to verify/change to that the Telephony came back worked?

The simple answer to this is that you cannot use Teams in conjunction with IPMA. It uses functions in CM in relation with Cisco calling devices that doesn’t exist with Teams as calling devices.
