Customer request to change IP Telephony language to Arabic for majority users and English for few users. Please let me know how to achieve it without recording any own voice. It is possible to use multiple language based on end user. Kindly Suggest.

Hi Balamurugan,
You need to use cucm user and network locales to accomplish this as described in the following doc
