Currently we are facing issue IPV6 Packet sending with one of the site in our IP telephony infrastructure.
Background:-
Currently our Network Infra in IPV4 Mode and all are IP Phones are working fine in IPV4.
While performing Network activity our IP Phones started to send IPV6 Packets automatically though it's been disable from CUCM server side.
Hence is it possible to Disable IPV6 setting in CISCO IP Phone?

What type of IPv6 traffic where you seeing from the phone? This may be a known issue, sounds familiar. If you saw a specific type of traffic like a AAAA DNS request or something else that will help me locate it for you.

Dear Joseph,
M still struggling with Disable IPV6 settings in Cisco IP Phone 7962.
In Network setting of IPV6 i tried to disable it.but it's showing invalid IPV6 address..

Where are you seeing invalid IPv6 address? On the phone, phone's webpage or CCMAdmin page? How are you seeing that IPv6 is still being used? Do you see from a packet capture IPv6 traffic leaving the phone? If so what specific traffic are you seeing that is IPv6?

Yesterday we had disabled IPV6 in CISCO 7962 without factory reset,
had wireshark session on it still IPV6 Packet are showing though it's been disable in Phone also in CUCM.
In Type of Neighbor Soliciation and Router Soliciation..
Protocol ICMPV6
