CUCM has no visibility as to what the phone is using, speaker or handset

Yes.....You would have to go to Bulk Administration>Phones>Export Phones>All Details.....Run this and you can see if the Speaker is true or false

Make sure you export the file. And then Upload the file in the Bulk Admin
