Is there a way to view what speakers are enabled, or not in CUCM 11.5 from a very large group of phones?

CUCM has no visibility as to what the phone is using, speaker or handset

Yes.....You would have to go to Bulk Administration>Phones>Export Phones>All Details.....Run this and you can see if the Speaker is true or false

Make sure you export the file.  And then Upload the file in the Bulk Admin
