Your question is not very clear. Generally speaking imports are done through the Bulk Administration Tool. The Cisco Unified Communications Manager Bulk Administration Guide, Release 8.5(1) document does a decent job at explaining how it works. Let us know if you have further questions.

Sorry, My question is was a mistake.

I want to know, how to download the Contact (Name with Dir.Number)  as a pdf or excel file - already configured & exist in CUCM.

Is there any method available.
