I want to create a inbound translation profile and Dial peer that when a mobile number phone from PSTN with number 069 243 234 when comes on number 0739 443 590(DID) to ring on my extension :10200

So when thag specific number (069 243 234) dials into (0739 443 590) the call should be landing into your internal extension (10200), what should happen when other numbers call same DID number?
In which format pstn does send the dialed number? (debug isdn q931 helps).
Can you attach the running config?

First dial the number and do a debug isdn q931 to get the called number. Now create that same pattern in dial peer and send the call to call manager. next in call manager use the proper CSS on which gateway incoming calls are assigned and create the translation pattern to expand it to full number which you are assigning to the extension.
