Hi all, today one of our site in South Korea reports that they can not hear the voice when pickup call from ISDN, both incoming and outgoing are same issue. system was runnig without problem for months and there is no any change on the router and CUCM. any sugggestion?

What is the protocol running in your voice gateway? Also during active call share the output of "sh call active voice calling-number <#>". Let see the counters.

Reboot the router. If problem persists, blame the telco.
