Hi
I've a problem with a couple of ISDN E1 Channel who not release.
If im looking with show voice call summary they are 3 channels are busy. But when i looking with show isdn active there is no active call.
When the CUCM will start a new call and take the blocked channel the user will hear the busy tone.

Hi
i would like to explain our design. We have the Cisco 3800 ISR and 2800 ISR Router in service as Voicegateway.
I've more than one Gateway with this problem and it sounds on a Software bug. I have isolate one router to troubleshoot.
The Design is for inbound we use a Gatekeeper for outbound the CUCM have a routepattern.
All Gateways work as H.323 Gateway
I have blocked the good channels. Now i can simulate a fault call. You can see the Channel 23 is used by the Gateway although the channel is occupied.
Here ist the Show version of this router:

Hi
Channel stuck is due to the Error "S_TSP_DISC_PROG_IND_REL" and reported as bug CSCdv61378,CSCdu66815.. But Fix has been committed way back in IOS 12.1 and later images.
So as per my understanding, you shouldnt be hitting this Error in 12.4(24)T4 IOS which you are using currently.
Thanks
