Hi All,
We are turning up a LD PRI in a site ..but even after turning up the D channel it is not coming up. The switch type is primary ni2.
Below is the current status
ISDN Serial0/2/0:23 interface
dsl 2, interface ISDN Switchtype = primary-ni
Layer 1 Status:
DEACTIVATED
Layer 2 Status:
TEI = 0, Ces = 1, SAPI = 0, State = TEI_ASSIGNED
Layer 3 Status:
0 Active Layer 3 Call(s)
Active dsl 2 CCBs = 0
The Free Channel Mask: 0x00000000
Number of L2 Discards = 0, L2 Session ID = 18
Total Allocated ISDN CCBs = 0
Controller-
controller T1 0/2/0
fdl both
cablelength long 0db
pri-group timeslots 1-24
description T1/PRI XXXXXXX
interface Serial0/2/0:23
no ip address
encapsulation hdlc
isdn switch-type primary-ni
isdn incoming-voice voice
no cdp enable
The interface is constantly going up and down constantly showing loss of frame.
do we need to connect crossover cable or something?

Hi Shyam,
It would be better if u speak to TELCO and get the parameters to be configured for T1 Controller.

Hi Shyam.
+5 to my buddy Aman.
I also would try theese two commands:
network-clock-select 1 T1 0/2/0
Also check cabling between your VG and TELCO Equipment
HTH
