ISM-SRE-300-K9 - Unity express 8.5.1 installation

Hi

I am getting following error on Unity Express, during, service-module ISM0/0 session from CME

Secondary Boot Loader authenticated - booting....  

Please enter '***' to change boot configuration:

Detect and Initialze network device

Backup current platform configurations....

SRE step 1 - SM registration...

Response - no installation needed (len: 422)

SRE Installation Not Needed

Loading disk:/bzImage ... done.

Unable to load image

Unable to boot image

I belive boot image is corrupt.

I want to install CUE 8.5.1

I will be using this method,

#service-module ism 0/0 install url ftp://username:password@x.x.x.x/dir/cue-vm-xxxx8.5.1.pkg

I am quite confused, which file should I download from cisco.com for CUE fresh installation.

is it, cue-installer.sme.8.5.1  or cue-vm-k9.sme.8.5.1.zip ?
single file will reinstall CUE ?

You Need cue-vm-k9.sme.8.5.1.zip for the installation.
