ISR4331/K9 - CUE Upgrade from 9.0.3 to 10.2.2 not working

Folks

Upgrade CUE - followed the procedure - 9.X to 10.X upgrade to the letter. After upgrade, I can use the CLI to login but GUI not working. I notice the module fast 0 has the correct address but an interface fast 1 - seems to have a DHCP from the router.

Call Manager seems to 'see' and register this other random address.

SO I went on and deleted the address off interface 1 - (no ip address ) and now nothing is working (doesnt ping)

Any help apprecaited - anyone configured 10.2.2 on a ISR4331 ? how are the virtualportgroups configured ?

Something different from 9.0.3

On the router its configured as below.

interface VirtualPortGroup1
ip unnumbered GigabitEthernet0/0/1
!
interface VirtualPortGroup2
ip unnumbered GigabitEthernet0/0/1
!
virtual-service cue
vnic gateway VirtualPortGroup1
guest ip address 10.123.10.8
vnic gateway VirtualPortGroup2
activate

Im thinking that these interfaces need to be configured a certain way in 10.2.2

I checked another router with the old version 9.0.3 - and this fast 1 interface has no address.

On 9.0.3

FastEthernet 0 is up, line protocol is up
Internet address is 10.123.10.8 mask 255.255.255.0 (configured locally)
722039 packets input, 0 bytes
0 input errors, 0 dropped, 0 overrun, 0 frame errors
982785 packets output, 0 bytes
0 output errors, 0 dropped, 0 overrun, 0 collision errors
0 output carrier detect errors

FastEthernet 1 is up, line protocol is up
0 packets input, 0 bytes
0 input errors, 0 dropped, 0 overrun, 0 frame errors
6 packets output, 0 bytes
0 output errors, 0 dropped, 0 overrun, 0 collision errors
0 output carrier detect errors

On 10.2.2

FastEthernet 0 is up, line protocol is up
Internet address is 10.123.10.8 mask 255.255.255.0 (configured locally)
Broadcast address is 10.123.10.255
12 packets input, 720 bytes
0 input errors, 0 dropped, 0 overrun, 0 frame errors
165 packets output, 10686 bytes
0 output errors, 0 dropped, 0 overrun, 0 collision errors
0 output carrier detect errors

FastEthernet 1 is down, line protocol is down
0 packets input, 0 bytes
