I'm having an issue adding a 2nd PRI. I'm guessing it's something obvious and I'm hoping a fresh pair of eyes can pick out the issue. The PRI on 0/0/0 works fine but the PRI on 0/0/1 continually flips between AWAITING_ESTABLISHMENT and TEI_ASSIGNED. Here are the relevant parts of the config along with the "sh isdn status". I ran the "sh isdn status" twice to show it in both states.

Hi,
Your debug q921 is clearly showing you are not receiving layer2 frames
either sabmes or uas from your service provider.
Contact the SP it looks like they have not activated their end.
Regards,
Alex.
