Hi,
I upgraded Call Manager from 7.0(1) to 7.1(5) which is a 2 step upgrade. Upgrade went well and during day 1 support I received calls from users that their Do Not Disturb goes active even if they don't turn it on.
Also, I disabled DND on the from Call Manager but as soon as I press Save, it does not take that change and DND check box is checked even if I uncheck and save it.
It there a way to globally disable DND or any other way to resolve this issue.
Please advise..
