Hello Team,
Recently I have configured call manger 9.1 and my all configuration are perfect. when I am dialling from my IP phones all calls are going outside perfectly. but outside calls are not coming to IP Phone. when I am run command "debug isdn q931" in gateway and found that calling number is 09619551266 and called number is 4004 but my called number is 42334004. I have communicated with TELCO guys and conclude that they are sending only 4 digits as per customer requirement. That's why calls are not coming to internal IP phone from PSTN. After that I have remove route partition from IP Phone and calls are coming from PSTN to IP Phone. I have not understand how the calls are comes from outside after removing router partition. kindly help me how I resolve the issue with route partition.
Thanks and Regards,
Manas Ranjan.

Hi.
Which signaling protocol are you using between CUCM and Voice Gateway?
First place I would look at is the incoming CSS on Gateway configuration and ensure that it contains internal extension partition.
Can you give us an example of called number and destination you want to reach?.
Also please attach the output of debug isdn q931 and , if you can, voice gateway configuration.
Thanks
Regards

HI Carlo,
I am using MGCP gateway. Please find the attached gateway-router configuration. debug is not possible now because i have removed PRI from gateway.
Calling Number is : +91 9619551266
Called Number is : 022 42334001 to 022 42334200.
in debug messages it shown called number is 4004. I am trying to calling 022 42334004.

Hi Manas.
Is 4004 an internal extension? If yes you should be able to reach it just verifying incoming CSS as previously mentioned.

Manas, the best tool to help you understanding how the call is routed is DNA. Enable DNA service in your call manager and browse to https://cucm-ip/dna

Well first off, not to be picky, but your PRI configuration looks suspect. Channels 1-24 is usually a configuration element of T1 PRI, not E1 PRI like you've configured here.
That being said, what's your ultimate goal here? What is the topology you are attempting to accomplish? MGCP is a limited protocol that has several major issues. You'd be better off abandoning this line of reasoning and going towards a SIP based gateway configuration, especially in CUCM 9.1.2 or later.
Can you give us some hints as to your intended topology and end-state?
