Hello,
I configured a Trunk in CUCM 6.1.2 to integrate Exchange 2010 UM as voice mail.
when i call the voice mail pilote number there is a silence and after a busy ring.
in the excnahge event viewer i have a warning : "the following UM IP Gateway did not respond as expected to a SIP option request"
do you have an idea to resolve this please.

Hi,
Pls verify settings below System > security >SIP trunik security Profile for your SIP trunk:
1. uncheck " to see if it works.
2. If not then pls upload detaied ccm sdi and sdl trace and corresponding event message you found on exchange.

If issue remains after uncheck " then please open a case with TAC. We will help you from there.
