Inside my corparate network we are using meraki firewall,i have configured manually vpn in my phone instead of any connect to connect vpn,
trying to authenticate cisco jabber client from android device i am getting an error
Connection timeout.
Even i tried in differnt models facing the same issue it showing verifying after some it showing error.
I have done following trouble shoots.
Rebooted all Cisco Unified Communications Manager servers in the cluster after installing the device COP file

The newest version of Jabber requires a Presence Server to work.
If you want to use CUCM only you have to install Jabber Voice from play store.

I am using jabber voice,i am already have a presence server...i can able to access the CUCM page from my phone but jabber client not verifying

Upgraded the cop file in subscriber,after restarting tomcat service the jabber not getting authenitcating
