Hello everyone,
I face the following issue in one of the offices. I wonder if you had experienced it before.
The function at the phone, when using the “call forwarding” – button, doesn´t work.
Setting the call forwarding directly in CUCM works, dialling out from the phone internally and externally works as well.
Signing in with profile works properly, but when pressing the “Call Forwarding” button on the phone (model no. 7841), the error message is present. Thank you for any advice or suggestion.

What do you see/hear when trying directly on the device?

The phone says the following:
This operation is not available/possible
(Phone says it in German, therefore the translation may have two meanings)

And your CFA CSS and activation policy does allow you to forward to that number?

Can you check if you have assigned the Correct Subscribe CSS, under the Protocol Specific Information of this Cisco Phone device?

The colleagues erased that profile and created it new.
It resolved the issue.
Now call forwarding works. Thanks for your assistance.
