Hi
when user tries to login into EM services , they are getting an error as " login unsuccessful (7) unknown error " . they are successfully logged int but every this error is displayed . i have restarted EM services it was working fine for 2 days today again this error flashed out .

Hello,
You may try to restart Tomcat also, but it will help for a short time.
Permanent fix is to upgrade to 8.6.2.22900.9

As suggested by Kirill , please try upgrading the CUCM.
Make sure you have valid ESW contract as well in case of any assistance required while doing upgrades, if TAC case needs to b opened.
