My Call Manager is System version: 10.5.1.10000-7. We have auto-registration enabled. We have model CP-8861 phones that are not completing the auto-registration process. These are new models to our cluster and have never been added to our cluster before. I can manually register a CP-8861 model successfully. I've been searching and reading several Cisco documents about the auto-registration process, but am stuck to figure out where the error is and how to fix it. I know that Real Time Monitoring should be able to help me figure out the issue, but I'm stuck on that too. Perhaps there is something simple that I am missing, which someone can suggest.
