We just recently upgarded the Wireless Lan controller to the latest software release 7.0.98 which went well, We did have some new 7921G phones for which I could only load the latest firmware 1.4.1. The phones with this version of firmware is constantly losing connection with a message "leaving service area", In the same location the 7921G with a lower firmware 1.1.1 works satisfactorily. Now I cannot downgrade the firmware to 1.1.1 on the phones which we upgraded. I even tried to downgrade a device via USB to version 1.3.4SR1 which downloads the firmware and the USB connection fails half way through or once the download is complete. Any ideas on how to downgrade to test with a different version?
