Hello Cisco Community,
I am having an issue, I would like to upgrade my CER from 11.5 but I cannot access the OS admin page. I was going to do it through the CLI only to find out that the sub or cer2 will not back up. after looking at owned certs trust it is missing the ipsec/ipsec.pem cert where the publisher does have it.
How do I A) fix my cert issue through CLI?
or
B) get access to the OS admin page? this is receiving an HTTP Status 404 - /cmplatform/ error
I have reset drf master and local services, rebooted, and even did set cert regen ipsec, it told me to restart related services but I did not know which ones those were so I rebooted the system only to have no changes made.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I do have an open TAC case, but im about a week in and it does not seem to be going anywhere quick.
