Issues with disabling auto registration

Hello,

I am running cucm 8.5 Pub and Sub.

I enabled auto reg when I tried to add a phone automatically. Now, I tried to disable it but started having some issues.

Now I can no longer add new phones manually, I tried to delete an auto registerred Phone and it appears deleted on the database, but the IP Phone is still up and runnig. This is strange. Please help.

Hi Peter,

Assuming auto registration is disabled (both on Cisco Unified CM as well as Cisco Unified CM Group), I would check dbreplication. Run "utils dbreplication runtimestate" from the Publisher CLI and post it here. Also, log into RTMT and check for alerts under Alert Central to see if there are any errors being reported.
