Hello everyone,
I am having trouble placing a call on hold on a Cisco SIP phone through Asterisk. I tried sending the Call-Info header with purpose=hold, but the phone does not respond and does not place the call on hold.
Are there specific SIP headers or commands that Cisco phones require to correctly respond to a hold request? Has anyone had experience with this configuration? I am using 3PCC.
Auto answer page works for me with answer-after=0 Call Info Header in chan_pjsip.
